Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email, a tracking number, and a follow-up email for your convenience. Please ensure that the shipping option selected meets your needs. TheContourHouse, LLC is not responsible for any issues resulting from incorrect shipping selections or addresses provided by the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

At this time, TheContourHouse, LLC does not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of a defective product.

• Your order number

• A description of the defect

• Photo or video evidence of the defective item

 

Once we receive your request, we will examine the issue and notify you via email within a reasonable time frame regarding your eligibility for a refund or replacement. If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund using your original method of payment.
