Early morning and late evening appointments are available by request only and require a $25 fee. Any appointment scheduled before 9:00 AM or after 9:00 PM is considered an early or late appointment. To request one of these time slots, please contact me directly via text, email, or phone to confirm availability. If your requested time is available, you will be instructed to book your desired service and include the Early or Late Appointment Fee as an add-on during checkout. You may select any available time slot when booking. Once your appointment is submitted, please let me know your preferred time and I will manually adjust the schedule accordingly.

Travel services start at $75 and cover locations within approximately a one-hour distance. This fee accounts for the time and effort required to pack and transport all professional equipment and makeup tools from the studio to your location and back. We kindly ask that you be mindful of this process when booking. If services are being provided at a residence, please note that stairs are strongly discouraged, as carrying equipment over them may result in damage. Travel must be confirmed at the time of booking.

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. This amount is applied toward your final balance and confirms your reserved time slot.

Please arrive with a clean face, free of all makeup, skincare products, and moisturizers. If you’ve recently had any skincare treatments or are experiencing sensitivity, kindly let us know in advance so we can tailor the experience accordingly.

A $15 late fee will be applied if you arrive more than 10 minutes past your scheduled appointment time. Any delay beyond 10 minutes must be properly communicated in advance. Failure to do so may result in cancellation at the makeup artist's discretion and will be marked as a no-show. We kindly ask that you respect the appointment schedule to ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients.

Service times vary depending on the type of appointment. Most services range between 30 to 90 minutes. More detailed or customized looks, such as bridal or special event makeup, may take additional time to ensure a flawless and luxurious finish. We recommend planning accordingly to enjoy the full experience without feeling rushed.

Your makeup is designed to last all day and, in most cases, well into the next. However, we do not recommend sleeping in your makeup, as this can affect your skin’s health and compromise the longevity of the look. This recommendation applies to all skin types, including oily skin.
If you experience tearing or crying, gently pat the area to maintain the integrity of your makeup. In cases of excessive heat or sweating, we suggest lightly blotting the skin with a tissue or blotting paper. Avoid wiping, as this can disrupt the finish.

If you are wearing strip lashes, you may gently remove them by lifting from the outer corner and peeling them off. This process will not damage your natural lashes when done carefully. If you are wearing lash extensions, we recommend scheduling a professional removal appointment for the safest results. However, if you prefer to remove them at home, you may apply a small amount of coconut oil to the lash line and gently massage it in to help loosen the adhesive. Avoid tugging or pulling to protect your natural lashes.
